Can I order from outside your delivery area?
Unfortunately we cannot deliver outside the delivery areas that we cover above, however you are more than welcome to place your order over the phone and come and collect the order from our takeaway.
How do I add special cooking instructions?
Once you’ve added the item to your order, just click on the ‘add cooking notes’ button and type your instructions for us here, e.g. no coriander or extra hot, etc
How do I know that my order has been received?
When your order is received by us we will send you an email confirming your order.
How much do you charge for delivery?
We charge £1.50 for delivery.
What are your opening hours?
The takeaway is open from 5.00pm to 11.30pm, 7 days a week. Online ordering is available between 5.00pm to 11.00pm, 7 days a week.
What do I do if I haven’t received my order within the specified time?
Please call us on 01302 32 33 34 if you haven’t received your order when you expected it. During busy periods, especially weekends there may be an additional delay due to the volume of orders we receive.
What do I do if I want to change my online order?
If you’ve placed your order online, you’ll need to phone us on 01302 32 33 34 if you want to make any changes to it.
When do you take your last orders?
The last orders for delivery must be placed an hour before closing time, orders for collection must be placed half an hour before closing.
Why do I need to enter my postcode?
We need your postcode so that we can make sure you live within the delivery area that we cover.
Will my details be kept secure if I order online?
Yes, we use a fully secure server to take your order, all your personal details are protected from unauthorised access or disclosure. All our online payments are handled by SecureTrading, the UK’s leading independent payment processor
